      Field Repair:

      For instant field repairs, use the Wader Field Repair Kit.

    • Wader repair

      Step 1:

      Apply a patch over tear on outside of wader. Apply Aquaseal to tear on inside of wader and 1/4 inch beyond the tear

    • Wader repair

      Step 1:

      Cover with another patch. Waders can be used immediately. Patches can be removed in 2-3 days.

  • Replace Felt Soles

      Step 1:

      To attach New felt soles, remove old felt (if necessary). Lightly roughen rubber soles with sandpaper then wipe rubber soles with Cotol-240 or isopropyl alcohol.

    • Wader repair

      Step 2

      Apply Aquaseal to outer edge of new felt soles and attach to boot. Clamp in place and allow Aquaseal to dry level 8 to 12 hours.

  • Repair Felt Soles

      Step 1:

      To repair peeling felt soles, clean and dry peeling area. Apply Aquaseal in gap and close.

    • Wader repair

      Step 2

      Use patch (included in the Wader Repair Kit) to hold area closed overnight.
